Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payments

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Booking advances are generally non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking. Delivery times may vary depending on project scope, season, and workload.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding event dates and locations.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shoots.
• Obtain any required permissions for shoot locations.
• Ensure cooperation from participants during the shoot.

Copyright & Usage

All photographs, videos, reels, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Stories By Samrat Rudra unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to use selected images and videos for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes.
